(военная администрация, контролировавшая как Папуа, так и северо-восточную часть Новой Гвинеи во время второй мировой войны. Организована 21 марта 1942, состояла из штаба и двух подразделений: окружной службы {District services}
для охраны порядка и контроля за работой туземцев и производственной службы {Production Services}
для обеспечения войск продовольствием, транспортом и техническим управлением производством. Туземное население, контролируемое администрацией, участвовало в оказании помощи раненым, служило проводниками и носильщиками; см. тж. fuzzy-wuzzy angel)
